Bean Buro takes pride in unveiling our latest design concept for a retail shopping mall refurbishment that embraces the essence of colour, playfulness, and sustainability. This project expresses our vision for a positive environment that caters to young, design-conscious individuals interested in luxury lifestyles.

The VIP rooms of various sizes offer exclusivity and privacy, adding to the overall prestigious ambiance. Intricate wall and ceiling features further elevate the design, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The visually stunning porous screening partitions not only enhance the aesthetics but also create an intriguing and dynamic atmosphere.
To add a touch of local flavour, the restaurant incorporates wall art and ornamental joinery details created by local artists. These artistic elements not only contribute to the overall design, but also celebrate the local culture and creativity. Cosy lighting throughout the space sets a high-end mood, casting a warm and inviting glow.

Design Philosophy:
At the heart of our design philosophy lies the belief that colours have the power to uplift and inspire. We recognise the captivating effect of vibrant hues on human emotions and have curated a palette that exudes joy, energy, and creativity. Our intention is to create an immersive environment that ignites the senses, fostering a deep connection between customers and the shopping mall.
Creating a Playful Environment:
Drawing from the idea of playfulness, we have integrated interactive elements throughout the mall. Starting from the entrance, visitors are welcomed by a mesmerising kinetic art installation suspended from the ceiling. The installation reacts to movement, encouraging visitors to interact with it, generating a delightful experience.
Within the mall, we have carved out dedicated areas for artistic endeavours and design exploration. A series of interactive walls adorned with colour-changing panels allow customers to create personalised patterns through a touch-sensitive interface. These walls act as canvases for customers to express their creativity and reflect their unique individuality.
To further enhance the interactive experience, we have integrated augmented reality (AR) technology throughout the mall. Customers can download a dedicated app that transforms their shopping journey into a vivid and immersive adventure, blurring the lines between reality and fantasy. Through this app, visitors can unlock exclusive content, discover hidden design elements, and customise their experience.
Luxury Lifestyle Integration:
Recognising the target demographic’s interest in luxury lifestyles, we have integrated elements that pay homage to opulence and sophistication. High-end designer boutiques are thoughtfully placed within the mall, creating an atmosphere that evokes an exclusive shopping experience. The common areas are adorned with tasteful furnishings, incorporating premium materials and elegant designs that exemplify luxury.
Sustainability and Environmental Consciousness:
While creating a vibrant and playful environment, we remain deeply committed to sustainability and environmental consciousness. The entire refurbishment project adheres to rigorous green building standards, utilising eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies. Rooftop gardens, featuring an array of native plants, contribute to improved air quality and insulation, while also promoting biodiversity within the urban environment.
