Refined Retreat
Our latest endeavour is a bespoke workplace design for Palatino Hospitality, an esteemed luxury products brand. Palatino Hospitality sought an environment that not only reflected their high-end market presence but also offered a sanctuary for creativity and well-being for their employees. The brief called for merging hospitality and retail qualities into a seamless, inviting workspace that would inspire both employees and visitors.
Earthly Treasures
Inspired by the beauty of nature and the world of Palatino, our design seamlessly blends elements of hospitality and luxury. A warm and earthy colour palette sets the tone for a cosy and inviting atmosphere, while carefully selected materials, custom furniture, and tasteful accessories contribute to an overall sense of refined elegance. The use of sustainable materials showcases our commitment to the environment and human health.
Celebrating Biophilia
The design process began by incorporating biophilic design principles, which emphasise the integration of natural elements to harness the profound impact that nature has on our physical and mental well-being. The space features a harmonious blend of textures and tones, incorporating materials such as textured paint, wood, and brass to add warmth and sophistication. Earthy browns, nudes, and beiges dominate the colour palette, complemented by timber and lush greenery. Graceful arches throughout the office add softness, elegance and create a seamless flow. This creates a luxurious aesthetic and fosters a deep connection with nature, promoting a sense of calm and vitality.

Spatial Harmony and Functionality
The office layout was carefully planned to encourage collaboration and individual focus. Open workspaces are complemented by various meeting rooms and phone booths, providing versatile environments for different professional needs. Planters and storage units create structure and depth, evoking a “tropical forest” atmosphere. Hidden working corners amidst the greenery offer privacy within an open and airy setting. A social pantry serves as a vibrant gathering space, featuring a Terrazzo dining table and diner booths by the windows, creating an inviting and sociable environment.

Environments of Well-Being
Thoughtful lighting design enhances well-being and productivity. Natural light fills the workspace, creating a soft and pleasant ambiance. Artificial lighting fixtures and warm LEDs were carefully selected to complement the natural light, reducing eye strain and ensuring a harmonious environment. Acoustic considerations, such as sound-absorbing materials and strategic layouts, create a peaceful space conducive to concentration and creativity.
