Tasty Congee & Wantun Noodle Shop
The brief for the 8,000sqft flagship restaurant for Tasty Congee & Wantun Noodle Shop, located at Swire Properties’ Daci Temple Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu China, was to celebrate the client’s 70 years old Wontun noodle brand by upgrading its historical street-food status to a contemporary international identity.
Elephant Grounds
We were tasked to design Elephant Ground’s flagship at a unique site in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Spanning 7,000sqft, with a roastery and a VIP area, the largest location yet would have all the Elephant Grounds offerings such as their merchandising and ice cream parlour, bakery and a full menu.
Yakinikumafia
Bean Buro was tasked with the design of Yakinikumafia on Hollywood Road in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, a restaurant brand from Japan specialised in high-quality yakiniku ("grilled meat").
